How long does it take for paint to dry?

There are different time frames for paint to dry depending on the air temperature. Typical dry times are 5 – 20 minutes. But for the most part paint dries quickly and we protect our work while it does.

How do we keep the lines so straight?

We use ropes and chalk to make sure lines are kept straight. Lines and stencils are painted with Graco Line Lazers, they are equipped with a touch pad to adjust spray pressure and speed as well as a locking mechanism to ensure wheels stay straight while painting.

Do you provide a Guarantee on painted lines?

We offer a 1 year guarantee to ensure lines last, and should even last longer with normal wear and tear. We only use MTO approved paints and materials.

Do you offer new parking lot layouts?

Yes, we do. The first step is to identify the purpose of the lot, do the math for sizing and spacing, create a flow and ensure that the lot complies with regulations in regard to accessible parking spaces and pedestrian walkways, etc.

Can you supply signs?

We also offer and install MTO approved signs to meet your parking lot requirements. Custom signs available upon request.
